5 x 10 = $ 35.00 mo.
10 x 10 = $ 55.00 mo.
10 x 15 = $ 80.00 mo.
10 x 20 = $ 100.00 mo.
10 x 30 = $ 140.00 mo
Open Space = $ 40.00 mo.
Covered Space= $ 60.00 mo. (Full)
Everything will not come crashing down if you bring your
extra items to us!
Terms
All leases are month to month with a 2 month minimum which is the First and Last months rent, due in advance.
All Rents are due on the 1st of the month.
- Payments may be made onsite, or by mail, or coming soon through Pay Pal.
- Payments accepted by Check, Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order.
- Insurance available through Tenant One Direct at www.tenantone.com
- Any payments made after the 7th will have a $10.00 late payment added and $1.00 everyday thereafter.
